PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit www.yakovee.com (“Site”).
When you visit the Site, certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device may be collected. Additionally, as you browse the Site, information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site may be collected. This automatically-collected information is referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Device Information.”

This Site uses Google Analytics (“Analytics”). Analytics is Google’s free web analytics tool that help in the understanding of how visitors engage with this Site. Analytics collects information anonymously and, much like examining footprints in sand, it reports website trends without identifying individual visitors. Analytics uses its own set of cookies to track visitor interactions. These cookies are used to store information, such as what time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the Site before, and what site referred the visitor to the web page. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Contact Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Contact Information that we collect generally to communicate with you. Additionally, we may use this Contact Information to, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize the Site (for example, by generating analytics about how visitors browse and interact with the Site).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Contact Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Specifically, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the Site. you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
DO NOT TRACK
Some Internet browsers may be configured to send "Do Not Track" signals to the online services that you visit. There is no consensus among industry participants as to what "Do Not Track" means in this context. Like many websites and online services, this Site does not currently alter our practices when we receive a "Do Not Track" signal from a visitor’s browser except as specifically required by law.
