Our offices are located in beautiful downtown Miami, Florida in the Panorama Tower at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive, Suite 5200.
The firm was founded by Vered Yakovee in 2021. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and new motherhood, two of her friends sent her text messages on back to back days asking if she was available to help with some projects. One of those friends was in-house counsel with an NBA team and the other was in-house counsel with an NFL team. She said yes and the rest is history.
